AlumiGard
Ultimate protection for New Zealand’s toughest environments
AlumiGard is designed to withstand the harshest conditions, making it suitable for use in ‘very severe’ marine environments, right up to the waterline, as well as in areas with chemical or acidic exposure in harsh industrial or geothermal settings.
Aluminium doesn’t rust. Beneath AlumiGard’s durable baked-on paint system is the same marine grade aluminium alloy used in boat building. This ensures exceptional resistance to corrosion. The acrylic or polyester topcoat, baked on a polyester primer, creates an extremely durable paint system that resists UV damage and provides excellent gloss and colour retention.
MagnaFlow
For the demanding coastal environments where anti-corrosive protection is essential.
The superior corrosion resistance of MagnaFlow means it is an ideal choice for more demanding environments, such as roofs 100m from the coastline. The magnesium in the aluminium/zinc/magnesium alloy coating helps zinc flow over cut edges, sealing them and providing long term protection against corrosion

ColorSteel Dridex®
Warmer and healthier homes, through condensation and ventilation management.
COLORSTEEL Dridex® absorbs accumulating moisture from the roof cavity and then releases it when conditions improve, delivering superior condensation absorption and enhanced ventilation.
Mould is a very common issue in New Zealand housing, with a BRANZ survey* reporting that mould was visible in 49% of houses surveyed. Due to the lightweight properties of water vapour, it tends to find its way into the ceiling cavity, which is why the ceiling is often the first place you will find mould, a known trigger of asthma. The steel is coated with Zinalume, combining the corrosion protection of aluminium with the sacrificial protection of zinc to create an alloy that's ideal for roofing and with a serviceable life that far exceeds galvanised products and other roofing materials.
